The full timeline across six stages
The durations shown are medians for common cases. Your actual schedule is reverse-planned after assessment. If you are short on time, we will tell you plainly which stages can be compressed and which cannot.
What you receive at each stage
Deliverables are written into the service agreement and shared with you and your parents at every milestone — no need to keep asking where things stand.
Language training
Baseline assessment report, tailored study plan, periodic mock-test score reports, final scores and a strategy review document.
Background enhancement
Background diagnosis report, project plan, progress records, and evidence of outcomes (papers, competition certificates, internship confirmations).
University application
University shortlist with risk assessment, final personal statement, submission records, interview preparation and review.
Visa planning
Visa category assessment, document checklist and review, funding plan, interview preparation, and a pre-departure checklist.
Overseas settling-in
Housing plan, airport pick-up arrangements, enrolment support, local medical and insurance setup, first-semester academic guidance.
Overall coordination
A dedicated advisory team, progress dashboard, milestone reminders, gap alerts, a parent update group and monthly progress reports.

I have no idea which country to choose. Where do I start?
This is the most common starting point. When you contact us we will ask about your subject direction, budget range and target level, then compare two or three directions rather than pushing one country. The first consultation is a pathway assessment, not a sales pitch.
I have been preparing for six months already. Will handing over cause chaos?
No. Before taking over we do a full inventory: scores obtained, projects in progress, applications already submitted. We then recommend continuing, adjusting or dropping each item — rather than starting again.
Is the more background projects the better?
No. We care about verifiability and a single coherent thread. Three projects you can explain clearly beat ten certificates you cannot. We first establish which capability you need to demonstrate, then decide what projects actually serve it.
Can I buy just one of these services?
Yes. Each stage can be contracted separately. We would still recommend at least one full pathway assessment, so that decisions in one area do not conflict with the overall goal.
